Rockies Repeat is a documentary that we had the pleasure of providing the cinematography and post production for. Directed by Caroline Hedin, the film grapples with the cultural impacts of climate change in the Canadian Rockies and the importance of sustaining traditions on ancestral lands. The film follows a team of Indigenous and settler artists as they trek into the mountains to reinterpret the work of early Banff painter, Catharine Robb Whyte to see familiar places from new perspectives a century later.

In the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge that we film on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
It is a priority for us to build respectful relationships, to continuously educate ourselves, and to bring forth awareness in our work of the people and stories of these lands.
